Jimmy Donaldson, the 22-year-old YouTube star best known by the moniker “MrBeast,” may be the face behind the delivery-only restaurant MrBeast Burger.

But in Poughkeepsie, at least, those burgers and fries are being cooked up at Spins Bowl.

Last month, the Town of Poughkeepsie bowling alley partnered with MrBeast Burger and Tyga Bites, a virtual chicken restaurant connected with the eponymous rapper.

They’re two in a growing number of virtual brands and ghost kitchens operating in the Mid Hudson Valley, with more on the way.
